Welcome to The Dad Pack, operated by The Dad Pack LLC, a single-member LLC based in Arkansas. By accessing my website at AlwaysGotYourPack.com or purchasing my premium emergency kits, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use my website or purchase my products.

1. Use of Products

  • The Dad Pack emergency kits are designed for personal and household emergency preparedness. Products must be used in accordance with provided instructions and safety guidelines.

  • You are responsible for ensuring proper storage and maintenance of the kit to preserve its functionality.

  • Misuse, modification, or tampering with the products may void any warranties and could result in injury or reduced effectiveness. I am not liable for damages resulting from improper use.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to my acceptance and availability. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at my discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely through my payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. This does not guarantee product availability until the order is shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • I ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and selected shipping method, as detailed at checkout.

  • I am not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or customs delays).

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Inspect your package upon receipt and report any damage or missing items to Justin@AlwaysGotYourPack.com within 48 hours.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • My refund policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Full details are available in my Refund Policy.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Non-returnable items include tampered, contaminated, or partially used products due to safety and hygiene concerns.

5. Limited Warranty

  • The Dad Pack products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

  • If a product is defective, contact Justin@AlwaysGotYourPack.com for a replacement or refund. Proof of purchase is required.

  • This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, The Dad Pack LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use my products.

  • My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

  • I do not guarantee the products will prevent all emergencies or injuries, as outcomes depend on proper use and external factors.

  • To be crystal clear, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, improper use of, or inability to use, any products on this website and/or that come in The Dad Pack.
