Thank you for choosing The Dad Pack, operated by The Dad Pack LLC, a single-member LLC based in Arkansas. I’m committed to getting your premium emergency kit to you quickly and safely. Below are the details of my shipping process for orders placed on AlwaysGotYourPack.com.

Shipping Destinations

I currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Methods and Costs

I use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order. The specific carrier and service (e.g., Ground, Priority) will be selected based on your location and chosen shipping option at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order (e.g., approximately 22-25 pounds for a standard Dad Pack), your location, and the selected shipping method. Costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

I offer only standard shipping as an option, but I pay all shipping costs, and the estimated delivery time ranges from 3-7 business days. Note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules or unforeseen circumstances. I only have so much power in this.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

If I'm out of warehouse on vacation, processing times can take up to two weeks.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details once it’s placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location, typically ranging from 3-7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.

I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by you, or external factors like weather or customs delays. I only have so much power.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any damage or missing items to me at Justin@AlwaysGotYourPack.com within 48 hours.

Return Shipping

For returns, please refer to my Refund Policy for full details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case I will cover the return shipping.

I recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, but that usually comes with an additional cost.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, I may need to contact you to correct it, which could delay delivery. Any additional shipping charge incurred from this transfers to you. Please triple-check your address at checkout.
