The Dad Pack Refund Policy

At The Dad Pack, I stand behind the quality of my emergency packs, designed to keep dads like you prepared for any crisis. But just like things in life can go wrong, so can this process of online purchasing!
So, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help with a straightforward refund process. I'm in your corner.

This is just me running this ship, so know that I will personally be involved at all steps to make sure this is fair and faithful to you.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. It must be in "new" condition - not used or altered, scraped, dinked, worn...and all original items must be within.

To initiate a return, contact me at Justin@AlwaysGotYourPack.com with your order number and reason for return. I’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

I will cover the cost of shipping for defective item returns and replacements. Do note that photo evidence of physical defects might be required in order to receive a replacement product.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

I do not charge a restocking fee.

For defective or incorrect items, I will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, at your choice.

If an item valued at less than the Shipping cost is missing, I will not pay for Shipping the entire Pack but will send you the missing item, no problem.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified period, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If issues persist, reach out to me at Justin@AlwaysGotYourPack.com
